because change begins with response-ability

We believe that true change begins with our ability to choose our responses. We offer programs that incorporate evidence-based knowledge and practices in mindfulness to cultivate self-awareness, focus, and response-ability in people.

Our services promote a mindful organizational culture that fosters cooperation, creativity, and engagement at work and an overall sense of well-being.
